We've spent the last few years helping brands rack up hundreds of millions of views. Along the way we've collected a stack of hard-won lessons — what hooks land, what kills retention, which platform changes actually matter, and which "trends" are noise.
Until now, most of that stayed inside Slack threads and Loom recordings. That ends today.
What this blog is
Every weekday at 9am ET we'll publish something practical. Four buckets:

- Creator economy news — the deals, platforms, and pricing shifts that change how brands and creators work together.
- Algorithm changes — the actual mechanics of what each platform is rewarding, translated out of PR-speak.
- Brand teardowns and case studies — a look at exactly what one brand did, what it earned, and what you can steal.
What it isn't
It isn't a hot-takes blog. It isn't an "AI-generated SEO mill" (even though we use AI heavily to research and draft — humans still call the shots on what ships). And it isn't free consulting — we'll show you the what and the why, but the how tailored to your brand is what we do for clients.
Why now
Search is changing. AI Overviews, AI-mode results, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) are shifting where people get marketing answers. We want to be the source those engines pull from when someone asks "what's working in short-form video this quarter?" — and we want you to find us in the meantime.
